Kempenfeldt Bay Raiders
The Kempenfeldt Bay Raiders are currently icing three (3) teams for the 2025 Spring/Summer season. These teams will be comprised of players from Northern and Southern Simcoe County, Orillia and Barrie area surrounding Kempenfelt Bay. Tryouts for these teams will be hosted at either the Wasaga Stars Arena, Innisfil Recreation Complex or New Tecumseth Recreation Complex in March 2025. Following tryouts and team selections, teams will prepare for four (4) tournaments during the spring/summer season (April to August) and scheduled exhibition games.
Teams will compete in games/tournaments that play a full ice and 5 on 5 format. Coaches will enter local, GTA or other destination tournaments based on the teams ability at the HL, A, AA or AAA level.
2025 Teams:
1- 2017 Birthyear (U8 - 2024/2025 Winter Hockey)
2- 2016 Birthyear (U9 - 2024/2025 Winter Hockey)
3- 2013* Birthyear (U12 - 2024/2025 Winter Hockey)
* Unless KBR Hockey Development ices a 2014 Team, 2014 born players may tryout for the 2013 team
Team events, training and activities will include:
4 Tournaments
Weekly scheduled practice time
Scheduled Exhibition Games
Dryland training program
2025 Player Registration Costs:
$1500.00 per player
Players that have committed to the Kempenfeldt Bay Raiders for the 2025 season will be required to pay the full $1500.00 registration fee upon signing.

**Please note using PayPal will increase the registration fee by 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction to cover any associated transaction fees.
2025 Player Sponsorship Program:
For the 2025 Season players may source individual sponsorships to offset registration costs. Sponsorships are made payable directly to KBR Hockey development and sponsors will be listed on team arena banners, website and promotional materials.
$500.00 Sponsorship - $250.00 registration cost reduction
$1000.00 Sponsorship - $500.00 registration cost reduction
